Refund policy
- RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Please email us (westernnwildjade@gmail.com) PRIOR to sending back your package.
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
- Items must be returned with a packing slip inside.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- We do not offer exchanges due to high order volumes.
- Store credit will be issued via email or phone (which ever one was given at checkout)
once item has been received
- Returned items MUST be unwashed and unworn, with original tags attached.
- Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE.
- NO returns on any JEWELRY, HEADWEAR OR SALE ITEMS.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED
